Liz at Olympic Hot Springs

I met Liz in the local coffeehouse a couple years ago. I hadn't seen her for awhile, and then one day she came in the coffeehouse again. We were catching up with what we were each doing, and I mentioned I was doing nude photography. I had recently done the shoot at Cougar Hot Springs and wanted to try a shoot at Olympic Hot Springs which was relatively close by. I had never been there and wanted to take someone with me so I could do a shoot if it looked good. Since it's a couple hours drive and then a 2 mile hike to the springs, I hadn't wanted to go alone to scout it out. Liz thought that sounded fun and we agreed to go to Olympic Hot Springs a few days later.

We went out on Halloween, and the weather was finally getting a fall chill to it. There was frost on the trail and ice around the springs. Liz spent most of the time squatting in the springs to stay warm. Meanwhile I tried not to shiver or slip on the ice while I composed shots through the rising steam.
