Liz has been a yoga teacher for quite some time now. Since she was pregnant during our previous sessions, she was a little limited in what poses she could do. Now that a year has passed since she had her child, she is more flexible than ever.

Liz is simply amazing to watch as she does her yoga. She is very graceful and does incredible poses with apparent ease. Luckily for us, she also has a great sense of humor, and we did some really fun shots with a "watcher in the field". We finished off the shoot with Liz in a tree doing the splits. I'm sure you'll appreciate all the camera angles capturing such a feat.

Please note: Because of the flexible nature of Liz and the variety of yoga poses, this gallery has some very revealing images. While many will find the poses amazing and graceful, some may find a few of the images too graphic for their tastes.
